Love's Labour's Lost

On Saturday night we went to production of Shakespeare's comedy Love's Labour's Lost put on by the drama students of the Kinsale College of Further Education.  Despite not being familiar with the play beforehand (which is always helpful for Shakespeare), we thoroughly enjoyed our evening out!

The outdoor amphitheatre - which is kind of a covered hut - was really neat!  It was small with a very intimite feel, and everyone brings blankets, pillows, and cushions to get comfy on the wooden benches.  There was music before the play began:

And at intermission ("interval," as they call it here) they served free homemade pizzas to the entire audience...baked in the outdoor pizza oven outside the amphitheatre.  Yummy!  A fun night, for sure.
