Kudos to you for throwing a doll in the mix of toys!
He plays with babies from time to time - giving them bottles, feeding them, putting them to bed, using his doctor's kit on them - it is so sweet! He will even say "baby cry! waa waa waa" pretending that the doll is crying. I love it!
