Four Months!

Today our little pumpkin is four months old! Davis enjoys: putting things in his mouth (anything he can get his hands on!) squealing (very, very loudly! - no laughing yet) digging his toes into the ground and trying to scoot himself forward on his belly using his belly as a pivot to turn himself around 180 degrees rubbing his eyes when sleepy waking up 10 minutes into his nap and crying because he is awake waking up again 30 minutes into his nap, crying because he is awake, rubbing his eyes because he is still tired, but refusing to go back to sleep being held or propped upright and looking around trying to lean forward and doing "baby crunches" while sitting up standing on Mommy or Daddy's lap (he bears his weight on his legs when supported) holding onto toys with both hands (and, yes, bringing them to his mouth) sitting in his high chair and watching Mommy cook turning his head to follow you as you walk through the house giving BIG smiles to Mommy and Daddy He goes for his four month check-up on Thursday (yikes - more shots!), so I'll post a height/weight update then.  He is getting to be such a big boy . . . definitely not a newborn anymore! Getting some love from Aunt Shalimar . . . look at that smile!  Oh boy, Auntie cuddles! And some 4 month pictures fresh from this morning . . . I just couldn't decide which I liked best!
